WB: 1:500-1:2000
IHC: 1:50-1:200

Western Blot (WB) of anti-PPP2CB antibody

Western blot analysis of PPP2CB expression in Jurkat (A) whole cell lysates.
Rabbit Anti-PPP2CB Polyclonal Antibody – Cat# MBS4510434

Immunohistochemistry (IHC) of anti-PPP2CB antibody

Immunohistochemical analysis of PPP2CB staining in human breast cancer formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue section. The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0). The section was then incubated with the antibody at room temperature and detected using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen. The section was then counterstained with haematoxylin and mounted with DPX.

NCBI Summary for PPP2CB

This gene encodes the phosphatase 2A catalytic subunit. Protein phosphatase 2A is one of the four major Ser/Thr phosphatases, and it is implicated in the negative control of cell growth and division. It consists of a common heteromeric core enzyme, which is composed of a catalytic subunit and a constant regulatory subunit, that associates with a variety of regulatory subunits. This gene encodes a beta isoform of the catalytic subunit. [provided by RefSeq, Mar 2010]
