Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Application Notes for anti-IP-10 antibody
Neutralization: 0.5-0.9ug/ml yields one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity (15ng/ml).
FLISA: 0.5ug/ml using 100ul/well antibody solution allows detection of 0.2-0.4ng/well.
WB: 0.1-0.2ug/ml the detection limit is 1.5-3.0ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.
Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.

Other Notes

Small volumes of anti-IP-10 antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
