Western blot analysis of CXCL5 expression in recombinant rat CXCL5 protein 0.5ng (lane 1). CXCL5 at 14KD was detected using rabbit anti- CXCL5 Antigen Affinity purified polyclonal antibody at0.5 ug/mL. The blot was developed using chemiluminescence (ECL) method.
