Applications Tested/Suitable for anti-RLG antibody
Western Blot (WB), ELISA (EIA)
Application Notes for anti-RLG antibody
WB: 1:50-1:100
ELISA: 1:1,000
Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.

Western Blot (WB) of anti-RLG antibody

Western blot analysis of CHC1L Antibody (N-term) in mouse thymus tissue lysates (35ug/lane). CHC1L (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.
Rabbit Anti-RLG Polyclonal Antibody – Cat# MBS6497076

Immunohistochemistry (IHC) of anti-RLG antibody

Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human brain tissue reacted with CHC1L Antibody (N-term), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS) of anti-RLG antibody

CHC1L Antibody (N-term) flow cytometric analysis of Jurkat cells (bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram).FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
