Digests double-stranded RNA.
Digests double-stranded RNA.
Probable ribonuclease H
Also known as Probable ribonuclease H (RNase H).
Endonuclease that specifically degrades the RNA of RNA-DNA hybrids.
Endonuclease that specifically degrades the RNA of RNA-DNA hybrids.
Probable ribonuclease YokI
Also known as Probable ribonuclease YokI (RNase YokI) (SPBc2 prophage-derived protein YokI) (Toxin YokI).
Toxic component of a toxin-antitoxin (TA) module. The C-terminus (residues 449-571) inhibits growth upon expression in E.coli which is neutralized by cognate antitoxin YokJ, but not by antitoxins specific to other toxins with the LXG domain.

Probable ribonuclease ZC3H12D
Also known as Probable ribonuclease ZC3H12D (MCP-induced protein 4) (Transformed follicular lymphoma homolog) (Zinc finger CCCH domain-containing protein 12D).
ZC3H12D: May regulate cell growth likely by suppressing RB1 phosphorylation. May function as RNase and regulate the levels of target RNA species (Potential). Serve as a tumor suppressor in certain leukemia cells. Overexpression inhibits the G1 to S phase progression through suppression of RB1 phosphorylation. A chromosomal aberration involving ZC3H12D may be the cause of the transformation of follicular lymphoma (FL) to diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). Translocation t(2;6)(p12;q25) with IGK. Resulting protein may not be expressed. Belongs to the ZC3H12 family. 3 isoforms of the human protein are produced by alternative splicing.
Protein type: EC 3.1.-.-; Hydrolase
Biological Process: mRNA catabolic process; negative regulation of T cell proliferation
