Rubredoxin

Rubredoxin is a small nonheme, iron protein lacking acid-labile sulfide. Its single Fe, chelated to 4 Cys, functions as an electron acceptor and may also stabilize the conformation of the molecule.

Below are the list of possible Rubredoxin products. If you cannot find the target and/or product is not available in our catalog, please click here to contact us and request the product or submit your request for custom elisa kit production, custom recombinant protein production or custom antibody production. Custom ELISA Kits, Recombinant Proteins and Antibodies can be designed, manufactured and produced according to the reer's specifications.

Rubredoxin 3

Involved in the hydrocarbon hydroxylating system, which transfers electrons from NADH to rubredoxin reductase and then through rubredoxin to alkane 1 monooxygenase.

Rubredoxin 4

Involved in the hydrocarbon hydroxylating system, which transfers electrons from NADH to rubredoxin reductase and then through rubredoxin to alkane 1 monooxygenase.

Rubredoxin-1

Also known as Rubredoxin-1 (Rd 1).
Serves as an electron acceptor for pyruvate ferredoxin oxidoreductase (PFOR).

Rubredoxin-2

Involved in the hydrocarbon hydroxylating system, which transfers electrons from NADH to rubredoxin reductase and then through rubredoxin to alkane 1 monooxygenase.
