Amino acid sequence derived from Human CXCL6 (Val40-Asn114)(P80162) was expressed with 6×His tag at the N-terminus.
Usage Notes
Always centrifuge tubes before opening. It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant protein to a concentration of 0.1-1mg/mL using the buffer we provided, and keep at room temperature for at least 20 min to fully dissolve. Please avoid vortex vigorously.

Other Notes

Small volumes of CXCL6 recombinant protein vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
