<0.1 EU per ug of the protein as determined by the LAL method.
Activity
Measure by its ability to induce IL-10 secretion in COLO205 cells. The ED?? for this effect is <0.3ng/mL.
Protein Construction
The recombinant mouse IL-22 consists of 156 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 17.58kDa.
Amino acid sequence derived from Mouse IL-22 (Leu24-Val179)(Q9JJY9) was expressed with 6×His tag at the C-terminus.
Usage Notes
Always centrifuge tubes before opening. It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant protein to a concentration of 0.1-1mg/mL using the buffer we provided, and keep at room temperature for at least 20 min to fully dissolve. Please avoid vortex vigorously.

Other Notes

Small volumes of IL-22 recombinant protein vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
