Ligation/Recutting Assay
After 50-fold overdigestion (3u/ug DNA x 17 hours) with MspI, more than 95% of the digested DNA fragments can be ligated at a 5'-termini concentration of 3.1uM. More than 95% of these can be recut.

Other Notes

Small volumes of mspI restriction enzyme vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
