Application Notes for anti-SERPINB9 antibody
Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Western Blot, Flow Cytometry.
Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: Frozen & paraffin. Requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment methods prior to staining of paraffin sections.

Other Notes

Small volumes of anti-SERPINB9 antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.

NCBI Summary for SERPINB9

PI9 belongs to the large superfamily of serine proteinase inhibitors (serpins), which bind to and inactivate serine proteinases. These interactions are involved in many cellular processes, including coagulation, fibrinolysis, complement fixation, matrix remodeling, and apoptosis (Sprecher et al., 1995 [PubMed 8530382]).[supplied by OMIM]
