Anticancer agent 122 (Compound 8m) at concentrations of 0-100uM over 72 hours inhibits the growth of liver cancer cells (HepG2) and cervical cancer cells (SiHa) with IC50 values of 5.15uM and 1.65uM, respectively, and exhibits no significant toxicity toward the human embryonic kidney cell line (HEK293)[1].
