Bioactivity
TCS-PIM-1-4a is a Pim inhibitor that blocks mTORC1 activity via activation of AMPK; kills a wide range of both myeloid and lymphoid cell lines (with IC50 values ranging from 0.8 to 40 muM).
Solubility Note
For obtaining a higher solubility, please warm the tube at 37 degree C and shake it in the ultrasonic bath for a while. Stock solution can be stored below -20 degree C for several month.
