Surfen Inhibitor

Surfen is a Bacillus anthracis lethal factor inhibitor. It acts as a heparan sulfate (HS) antagonist, reducing tau hyperphosphorylation and mitigating or delaying neuronal defects in tauopathies, including Alzheimer's disease.
