Western Blot (WB) of anti-FAM134B antibody

Western blot analysis of extracts from HepG2, using FAM134B Antibody. The lane on the left was treated with blocking peptide.
Rabbit Anti-FAM134B Polyclonal Antibody – Cat# MBS9611748

Immunofluorescence (IF) of anti-FAM134B antibody

MBS9611748 staining Hela cells by IF/ICC. The samples were fixed with PFA and permeabilized in 0.1% Triton X-100,then blocked in 10% serum for 45 minutes at 25°C. Samples were then incubated with primary Ab(MBS9611748 1:200) and mouse antibeta tubulin Ab(MBS9610328 1:200) for 1 hour at 37°C. An AlexaFluor594 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG(H+L) Ab(Red) and an AlexaFluor488 conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG(H+L) Ab(Green) were used as the secondary antibody.

NCBI Summary for FAM134B

The protein encoded by this gene is a cis-Golgi transmembrane protein that may be necessary for the long-term survival of nociceptive and autonomic ganglion neurons. Mutations in this gene are a cause of hereditary sensory and autonomic neuropathy type IIB (HSAN IIB), and this gene may also play a role in susceptibility to vascular dementia. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding multiple isoforms have been observed for this gene. [provided by RefSeq, Nov 2011]
