FRK Antibody (N-Term) Blocking Peptide

For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. Catalog #: MBS9227185

Non-receptor tyrosine-protein kinase that negatively regulates cell proliferation. Positively regulates PTEN protein stability through phosphorylation of PTEN on 'Tyr-336', which in turn prevents its ubiquitination and degradation, possibly by reducing its… More details

Cellular Location
Cytoplasm. Nucleus. Note: Predominantly found in the nucleus, with a small fraction found in the cell periphery
Tissue Location
Predominantly expressed in epithelial derived cell lines and tissues, especially normal liver, kidney, breast and colon.

Other Notes

Small volumes of FRK blocking peptide vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
